Kara S. McCoy is an ordained minister with the United Pentecostal Church International, and an advocate for Apostolic teacher training among Christian educators. Holding a Master of Arts degree in counseling and a Master of Science in Psychology, Rev. McCoy is a licensed school counselor in two states and is currently completing her Ph.D. in clinical psychology.
Previously employed as an adjunct professor for two universities, and an educational contributor for Word Aflame Publications, she is currently on the board of directors of the International Association of Apostolic Educators, is the Chief Editor for the Pentecostal Pen, and is the Executive Editor for Women Ministering to Women, International.
